2018-2026 – Aleph / Aleph Pro

Aleph is a platform by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) to help journalists and investigators "follow the money". It provides access to many datasets on people and companies, and offers tools to organize and visualize data. Investigators can use Aleph to search sanctions lists, corporate registries, leaks, and more. They can also create workspaces to collaborate and upload their own data to cross-reference with Aleph's datasets.

Soon after joining OCCRP I started collaborating with Aleph's creator, Friedrich Lindenberg and made the initial iconsets for various financial and legal entities of the database, as well as some of the initial UI/UX solutions in Bohemian Coding's Sketch.

In 2026, as the platform started evolving into Aleph Pro, an enhanced investigative tool with extended functionality, I became its main UI/UX designer. Using Figma I extended Aleph's visual language into a complete design system, with custom icons, components, variants, variables and created over 150 fully responsive layouts, many of which are still undergoing implementation.
