About me

I curently work as the design editor of OCCRP (Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project) where I mostly focus on how to merge computer graphics, coding and data visualization to help investigative journalists tell their stories.

Short Biography

Born in 1980 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I got my diploma in Economics at the University of Sarajevo, followed by MSc degree in Computer Graphics and Digital Media at the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom.

I have over 20 years of work experience starting with cartography design (MapNetwork, later bought by Bing Maps), DTP and photography (UN International Commission for Missing Persons, Sarajevo Film Festival, DEPO Film Production) and UI (Dapresy, later merged into Forsta), and desigining interactive infographics and dashboards for companies such as Facebook, Air France, Subway, Mercedes, Starbucks, H&M and Telenor before joining OCCRP in 2016.
